About Me
Hello, I'm MIRELA!
Most of the time you'll find me lost in some book!
I'm known for my honesty and authenticity among friends and loved ones.
Raised by my two Kosovo-Albanian parents and three siblings in a small town in Norway, I found my love for storytelling in the books in the library my mother worked in.
I found Acting not long after in high school and majored in Theatre. After some time of Sociology studies, I further pursued a BA in Acting in London. Which lead me then to the lovely Vancouver and receiving my Acting Diploma at Vancouver Film School after a year of hard work and growth. And as a bonus, found a rekindling of my love for writing and a love for Stage Combat, Motion Capture and Voice Acting.
When I’m not performing or writing, you’ll find me in my little cave, nose in a book but mind in some far off fae kingdom.
I believe there is art all around us, both perfectly and imperfect, and I strive to try and capture it in every way I can.

Actor
Acting wasn't introduced to me until I started high school and found myself enjoying portraying the different characters and getting lost in the moment. Since then it's been quite a few musicals and plays and as of recently a few short films as well.

Writer
Writing is my very own little escape-zone. The things I write don't always make sense, but they release something in me that needed to escape. I hope to share with you all a whole lot more of my writing.

Photography
Photography is just a little something I do for myself. I am in no way trained and sometimes I might not even know exactly what I'm doing, however it allows me to channel some part of my creativity. I believe there is art everywhere around us. I believe you and I are art. And I love capturing people in the moment, simply living life.
